My nursing journey began on the medical-surgical floor, where I provided comprehensive care for orthopedic patients (as well as many others patient types). I later transitioned to the orthopedic operating room, honing my skills in managing complex surgical procedures and collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams. This diverse background has given me a deep understanding of orthopedic cases and the ability to analyze medical records with a sharp, detail-oriented perspective.
